Philips's 7000 Series LED TV Supports 3D Video, Smart TV and Net TV

Philips is launching LED-backlit TV sets of the 7000 series that render 3D video and support the popular Smart TV technology. New Philips TVs are compatible with Pixel Precise HD and Super Resolution, which allow users to view Internet content and use tablets or smartphones as remote control.

The Smart TV technology offers a broad range of additional functions, enabling devices to exchange data and access online applications. The Net TV feature allows users to watch YouTube videos, listen to Tunin.fm, and access Picasa web albums, the Screen Dreams gallery, FunSpot flash games, Yoga Music and Zoomby. Net TV is activated by connecting the TV to the Internet via Ethernet.

Philips's 7000 series TVs will be available in Russia in July 2011.
